We are retained to find a Business Development & Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for coordinating, leading and supporting, assigned Field Offices and Regional Grants Acquisition and Management Directors, WVUK stakeholders in pre-positioning and positioning to acquire institutional and non- institutional funding. As well as leading the grant and contracts application processes; supporting the development of high-quality-quality proposals, concept notes, and contract bids and managing both internal (World Vision UK) and external relationships.

About You  – You will join a talented and dynamic Humanitarian and International Programmes team. We are looking for a Business Development & Acquisition Manager with previous NGO work experience and a proven track record of acquiring successful grant and contract opportunities from bilateral, multilateral and private sector donors. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of humanitarian and development theory and discourse, process, practice, and standards. Experience in forming and coordinating consortiums. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders but also independently using your initiative.

The Programme Management Unit is responsible for working with World Vision Field Offices & implementing partners to manage a portfolio of programmes funded by institutional donors (grants and contracts). Throughout the programme cycle, the team ensures that WV’s interventions achieve impact, comply with donor requirements and that risks are managed effectively.

We are retained to source an experienced Project Manager who is committed to improving the lives of the most vulnerable children and their families.

Are you a legacy marketing expert and would like to work for an international children’s charity? If so, you could be the person our client World Vision UK is looking for…

As a Senior Marketing Officer in our Legacies team, you’ll play a leading role in growing and developing World Vision UK’s Legacy Marketing. You’ll promote legacy giving to external audiences and help drive satisfaction and loyalty amongst supporters who have already committed to leaving a gift in their Will. You’ll manage multi-channel integrated campaigns and will have responsibility for driving forward Legacy Marketing within the wider organisation.

This is an exciting time to join the team… Legacies have been identified as a significant area of growth within World Vision’s strategy. As a senior member of the team, you’ll be key to achieving these ambitious targets. By increasing the prominence of legacies, both internally and externally, you’ll enable us to change the lives of millions of children around the world.

You’ll need previous experience of working in a fast-paced Direct Marketing or Legacy Marketing team. You’ll have strong project management skills and a track record of delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns. You’ll have exceptional relationship-building skills, be a strong motivator with the ability to influence others. And you’ll be a strategic thinker, with an ability to seize opportunities and shape solutions.
